Box set containing four episodes of the wildlife programme narrated by David Attenborough, which uses state-of-the-art technology and camera techniques to gain an insight into the lives and habits of the world's most fascinating creatures. 'Tiger' is a study of the swift, powerful but elusive creature, including footage of the more trusting specimens who have grown up as part of Project Tiger in Madhya Pradesh. 'Leopard' offers a unique insight into the mainly nocturnal activities of the most camera shy of African cats, following two specimens along Zambia's Luangwa Valley. 'Eagle' is a study of the most famous bird of prey, looking at around sixty different types of eagle and their different methods of hunting and survival. 'Serpent' focuses on snakes: one of the most successful species on the planet - and also one of the least documented. The documentary uses pioneering techniques including miniature cameras attached to snakes' heads, high-speed photography, X-ray imaging and computer graphics to capture the world from the serpent's perspective.
